Jayabaji Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jayabaji platform at jayabaji.one, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jayabaji.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jayabaji platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jayabaji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jayabaji employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jayabaji platform.

Jayabaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one jayabaji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jayabaji account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Jayabaji will never contact you to ask for your password.

Jayabaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

Jayabaji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods:

• bKash — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳10
• Nagad — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳10
• Rocket — instant processing, minimum deposit ৳10
• Bank transfer — processing time may vary by bank

All deposits are credited to your jayabaji account balance in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. Jayabaji does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to jayabaji are for gaming purposes only. Jayabaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jayabaji are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Jayabaji reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of standard fraud prevention procedures.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

Jayabaji does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account after jayabaji approves the request.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jayabaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.

General bonus conditions that apply across all jayabaji promotions:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Jayabaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jayabaji platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by jayabaji, the game provider, or the player.

Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is independently verified and available within the game's information panel. Jayabaji does not modify published RTPs.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• If a game round completes successfully but a payout is not credited due to a technical error, jayabaji will investigate and credit the correct amount upon confirmation.
• Jayabaji's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after internal review.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to jayabaji support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jayabaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

Jayabaji actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending review.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jayabaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.
